We’re an organically grown SaaS company, started in Malmö in 2009, now based in Malmö and Helsinki. We simplify business software, providing tools for Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Desk. We believe that thoughtful design and constant iteration can drive better outcomes for us and for our customers.
Our team hails from all corners of the globe (24 nationalities and counting!) We are people who like to make things happen, take ownership of projects and culture and learn together.
We prioritize an evolving product function – our small size and agile mindset helps our teams quickly iterate and be creative.

We’re all about customer-centric value creation.
We work in small, crossfunctional product teams comprised of engineering, design and product management. Our product teams collaborate closely with support, growth and marketing to ensure we are building great value for our users.
While our routines are mostly based on agile and kanban ways of working, our teams have complete freedom to find the routines that work best for them. We value great communication and feedback so prioritization and retrospectives are a big part of our culture.
We are a distributed team, which means that we focus on clear and effective communication in a high trust environment. Twice a year we gather in person as a whole company to build relationships and align our priorities.
