My current responsibilities as a design manager includes coordination, planning and making sure the team is doing well and know what they need to make impact at work. I have more than 15 years of experience in designing products, platforms and services - but I find life experience to weigh at least as heavy. I value people who dare to be vulnerable, and have a high degree of personal insight, humbleness, and open-mindedness.
