We’re hiring a visual content producer to join our growing team and help us drive our next phase of growth. You’ll play a critical role in making potential customers discover Refined and enable existing customers to make the most out of Refined.

The right candidate is a talented visual designer with a dedication for content production and a keen eye for structure, detail and order. We’re looking for someone who sweats over the small stuff, but never loses sight of the big picture. Someone who is thrilled to work with our marketing team and support effective campaigns by creating stunning content for landing pages, social media content, blog posts and more. And also is able to create and maintain product-related content (templates, guides, etc) that allows our customers to create stunning sites with Refined with ease.

At Refined, design is not an afterthought but something we care deeply about - it is not only a selling point for our product, but an integral part of how we develop, deliver and improve our products. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a self-directed designer to embed into a fast-moving marketing team and make significant, daily contributions that increases our reach and directly increases the value for our thousands of customers worldwide.

In your daily work you will:

• Use your craftsmanship to create high-quality final design deliverables for blogs, social media, banners, landing pages and more at a consistent cadence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a great, timely design execution that drives user engagement and growth.
• Become an expert of our use-cases and develop and maintain design material that supports our customers making the most of Refined (templates, guides, demo content, etc).

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, where your work will create excitement and enable thousands of users around the world, ranging from people in tiny start-ups to global enterprises.

How to succeed in this position?

We’re looking for a skilled design professional with a strong visual focus. You will rock your tasks if you have:

• 3+ years of experience of Visual/UI design
• A love for continuously producing content for multiple contexts
• A keen eye for structure, detail and order
• Ability to easily work within the bounds of existing brand guidelines and design systems
• Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc)
